Repeat Prescriptions
Prescription Fees

PLEASE ALLOW 48 HOURS NOTICE FOR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS (this does not include Saturday and Sunday) order online at www.northmeolsmedicalcentre.co.uk

You can order your prescriptions in many ways, by posting it in the box in the porch, posting it to us, faxing it to 01704 214003, asking your pharmacist to request your medication on your behalf or by requesting your prescription online. We do not take requests for medication over the telephone following best practice guidlines. pill packetAll requests for repeat prescriptions should be made using the re-order slip which is attached to the right side of your prescription.

We process hundreds of prescriptions everyday. To help with the smooth running of this important task, we ask that patients allow us 48 hours to process their requests. This allows the administrative staff and doctors time to check the request, print out the forms, and review the medications against recent test results and investigations etc, in an orderly fashion, during a dedicated part of the day.

If , for whatever reason, patients do not give us the requested 48 hours, staff and doctors must then interrupt their busy schedules and surgeries to process individual requests. This can be time consuming and intrusive.

WE POLITELY REQUEST THAT YOU KINDLY ASSIST US BY GIVING US THE REQUESTED 48 HOURS NOTICE.
