Suggestions & Complaints
Please note if you have any reason to complain the Practice operates a complaints policy in line with NHS guidelines. Please put any complaints in writing to the Practice Manager. Alternatively you can contact the local PALS organisation, please ask at reception for a leaflet.
If you have any suggestions on improvements to the level of service we provide, then your comments would be appreciated. We like to think of ourselves as a learning organisation where we are constantly trying to improve the standard of service we provide.
Equally if you feel strongly that you would like to compliment a member of staff or a service at the Practice we would appreciate this in writing. Both complaints and compliments are recorded and monitored.
