Our Promise to you:

Advanced booked appointments for the Doctor and Nurse.

Same day appointments or within 48hrs for the Doctor and Nurse

Extended Hours on a Monday upto 8.00 p.m.

Telephone Consultations if you request one.

Health Care Assistants, Health Visitor, Dietician, Mental Health Worker and Midwife are all booked in advance.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

Out of Hours
Please ring the surgery number and you will be directly put through to the Out of Hours Centre.

Home Visits
If possible please try to telephone reception before 10:30am if you require a home visit. A doctor or nurse may phone you back as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice, or that it would be more appropriate to send a nurse, or indeed arrange a hospital attendance.

registrationPlease note in order to register at the Practice you need to reside within our Practice Boundary. Please bring in your medical card or fill in a form at reception to register. You will be asked to wait whilst your application is processed and an appointment for a New Patient Medical is made.

Patient Removals 

Please note if you move address out of our practice boundary. The Practice will write to you giving you 30 days to register elsewhere.

NHS Cards 

The white NHS cards which patients used to receive from the Health Authority upon registering with a new GP will no longer automatically be issued, but can still be ordered if required, please ask at reception for more information.
