Our Promise to you:

Advanced booked appointments for the Doctor and Nurse.

Same day appointments or within 48hrs for the Doctor and Nurse

Extended Hours on a Monday upto 8.00 p.m.

Telephone Consultations if you request one.

Health Care Assistants, Health Visitor, Dietician, Mental Health Worker and Midwife are all booked in advance.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

Out of Hours
Please ring the surgery number and you will be directly put through to the Out of Hours Centre.

Home Visits
If possible please try to telephone reception before 10:30am if you require a home visit. A doctor or nurse may phone you back as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice, or that it would be more appropriate to send a nurse, or indeed arrange a hospital attendance.

Minor Ailments

coldPlease remember for minor ailments you can contact a pharmacist who is able to offer you a consultation on a ‘walk in basis’ and if appropriate, prescribe for you under the Pharmacy First, Care in the Chemist scheme. Alternatively Caroline Forshaw our Practice Nurse is available to see you or speak to you over the telephone regarding your minor illness.

Our promise to you

1. Book an appointment to see the Doctor or Nurse at least 2 weeks ahead

2. Book an appointment to see a Doctor the same day or within 48 hours

3. Offer extended hours appointments on a Monday evening until 8.00 p.m.

4. Offer telephone consultations if you request one.
